Appearances Hair Color & Design Studio Cancellation Policy:

Scheduled appointments are very important to the team members of Appearances Hair Color & Design Studio.  These times are reserved especially for you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations.
 
STRICTLY ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we not only miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, but guests who are on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services, and because our hair designers rely solely on their schedules to earn a living, our hair designers lose the opportunity to earn money.  
For your convenience, we offer several forms of confirmation (e-mail, text message, and phone call), all confirmed a minimum of 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation Fee will apply in the event that 24 hour notice is not given.
 
- In the event that less than 24 hour notice is given, a charge equal to $50 per hour reserved will be enforced.

- If you do not call and do not show for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.  
 
- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
 
 
Our cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our Appearances team member's schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Appearances Hair Color & Design Studio policies are presented and provided in the best quality and

CONFIRMATION CALLS

As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service appointments two business day prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
